Parents & Kids / 24 to 36 months

  • What kind of group is this?
In the classroom, toddlers start learning how to communicate to each other, how to trust other adults, how to protect themselves and stand for themselves, how to obey the rules. We play structured and unstructured games, do creative activities and have tea.
At the beginning, parents are always there with the kids. They observe, cheer up and encourage. Eventually, these functions are transferred to the teacher and to the toddler herself. Parents can stay in an adjacent room, while toddlers  handle problems themselves or ask the teacher for help. And it is a great opportunity for adaptation to pre-school. The toddler can get used to the room, the teacher, and become more independent.

  • What is our day like?
Kids come to us with their parents once a week for 90 minutes. The lesson includes structured and unstructured games, creative activities, tea-time, an obstacle course, and a story time. There are two teachers. One plays with the kids, and the second one stays with the parents, answers their questions, watches the kids playing, and shares her thoughts on what’s going on.

  • How many kids are in the playgroup?
Up to six kids with parents.
