I have a degree in engineering, but I’ve never worked as an engineer. In Moscow, I used to work in the event industry or in applied arts: I organized exhibitions, shows, parties, laid artistic mosaics. I’ve worked a lot with children: I did face painting, conducted master classes, worked as an animator. From time to time, I went to orphanages with the volunteer program Adult Friend, where I studied with various experts in psychological work with children. I’ve been a counselor in boy scout camps. There were were hikes, tents, and bonfires.
In working with children, I appreciate their ability to love and trust. I always communicate with the child as I would communicate with myself as a child. I remember myself from an early age, so I understand kids well: their fears of experiencing, their first discoveries.
Now in Ogorod, I help all the teachers. I involve older kids in classes, I calm the younger kids when they miss their moms, I accompany them on their walks, and I conduct creative workshops.
What I like most about Ogorod is our team. I feel great support and inspiration from every teacher in our common cause.
